Scholarships and Waivers
For applicants from developing and least developed countries
The Summer Law Institute – Executive Education Training Program in China has received a donation to favor the participation of students and professionals from developing and least developing countries.
In order to apply for a scholarship or a tuition waiver, the applicant has to submit a supplementary motivation letter to justify his/her own need for a waiver, also attaching documentation testifying his/her own resources and monthly salary.
He/she needs to specify the amount of tuition fee and costs that he/she is ready to bear by himself with his own resources, which steps they are ready to take to raise fundings from other external institutions, and which quota of the tuition cost and fees are to be waived by the summer program itself.
The selection committee will evaluate the applications for scholarships and waivers based on the profile, qualifications and credentials of the candidates.
For other applicants
Some partner universities make a few scholarships available to applicants regularly enrolled into their programs. However applicants needs to submit a specific application for the scholarships in addition to the one for the Summer Law Institute.
Furthermore, a small number of partial waivers will be granted at the end of the Summer Law Institute as a prize to those students who have achieved the best performances.
